The birth of her two daughters, inspired her to create and found a multi-million dollar baby goods company. After selling her company in 2011, she returned to the staffing industry consulting start-up ventures before creating her own agency. She credits her 20+ years experience in the staffing industry plus her experience in running her previous business, with the ability to easily understand exactly how important it can be to get the correct person in the right position. She works with both major and boutique operations finding personnel that best meets their needs.

Starting in sales for a medical management firm, she was promoted to Director of Operations until the company was acquired by Coventry Healthcare where she then ran all hiring and training. Recognized for her strength and ability to build teams, Roseanne then became the VP of Operations for a luxury medical spa company overseeing five locations. Roseanne brings all her talents and experience to her current role as the VP of Recruiting, understands her client’s unique characteristics and culture, and leverages her strength in interviewing to source successful candidates.
